At Pedestal ApS, we reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold-out items.
Pedestal ApS accepts payment with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, iDeal and Sofort depending on the payment methods offered in your country.
Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All prices are in Euros.
Pedestal ApS strives to send orders placed before kl. 14 the same day. Orders placed hereafter will be shipped the next business day. We deliver to Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, France, Italy and Spain.
Your goods will be sent with the most convenient shipping option.
Items are delivered every weekday. The delivery time on your purchase depends on the country you are ordering from. The delivery time to your country is listed below:
Germany: 2-4 business days
Netherlands: 2-4 business days
Sweden: 2-4 business days
France: 2-4 business days
Italy: 3-7 business days
Spain: 4-6 business days
For certain item(s), special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of the item(s).
If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
Products purchased via our website are covered by a 2-year warranty.
If you have received a faulty item, we will offer a replacement of the item or offer you refund of your purchase. If you make a claim of your purchase within the 2-year warranty period and we accept the claim, we will offer you a replacement with free shipping. Otherwise, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
We will refund your shipping costs for returning the faulty item.
If you have received the wrong item(s), we will pay for the return of the product and send you the correct product. Please note that the warranty does not apply to errors or damages committed by incorrect handling of the product

Right of cancellation
You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to return it again.
The period is calculated from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- You receive the last item(s) in cases where several items, ordered at the same time, is delivered individually or in several rounds.
- You receive the last batch in cases where goods are delivered in several batches / parts.
Please note that you will bear the cost of the returned shipment unless your product is faulty. If you want to send the item(s) back to us, you must fill in the enclosed Return Form and send the item(s) to:
You cannot regret by refusing to receive or pick up the parcel. If you are not able to pick up or receive your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
The following products are not included in the right of cancellation:
- Products that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.
- Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Non-financial services performed if the provision of the service has begun with the prior consent of the customer and recognition that the right of cancellation ceases when the service is fully completed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior consent and recognition thereof, that he or she thereby loses his or her right of cancellation.
- Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, however, exclude subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements entered at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
If you want to return your order or a part of it, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to send it back to us. Please note that you will bear the cost of the returned shipment. Upon return, you are responsible for the item(s) being properly packed. When returning, please fill in the return form and place it together with your delivery note or invoice as well as the item(s) you wish to return.
You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.
We do not accept packages sent by post that has to be paid on delivery. If a return package is sent to a parcel shop or post office, it will not be picked up and will therefore be sent back to you within 14 days.
Items condition upon return
When you receive your order, you can try the item(s) as if you were trying it in a physical store. This means that you cannot use the item(s), yet you can assemble and try it. Therefore, please ensure that all returned items appear as new and unused, without any marks. If the item(s) is considered used, you only get part or none of the purchase amount returned.
Should the item be damaged during shipping so that it is not salable, 50% of the purchase value will be refunded.
If you want to return your order or a part of it, you have 14 days counting form the day you received it to send it back to us. You will be refunded by the same method you used to pay. The refund includes not the original shipping price. We have the right to hold back the refund until we receive the returned item(s), unless you have provided us with documentation that you have returned the item(s).
